Refund(s) via Bank Product

This page includes information on the steps taken to use a applicable Bank Product as the Payment Method for a Federal Refund and/or State Refund. 

For your convenience, we have provided two options for accessing the page to select the applicable delivery method for expected Federal/State Refunds. 
   

Option A: Complete during Checkout.

  • Select "Done With Return" located in top right corner.







Returns Not Ready to eFile:
  • Below each Return you will see what steps must be completed.
    • Select "Continue".

Here you will see listed your choices for the Federal & State Refunds. 


State Refund Processing: 
  • You must select "Yes".
  • State Refunds will only be processed through the same bank application as the Federal Refund. 



Important: The picture shown may not reflect the Bank Product you have. You will see your approved Bank listed.



Option B: Federal Refund Payment Details:


IMPORTANT:  
"State Refund Payment Details" page does not include the option to select a Bank Product. 
 Include the State Refund with the Federal Bank Product, from within "Federal Refund Payment Details" page. 

 

  • Within the "Payment & Filing Method" section, located under "Federal Return".
  • Select "Enter Refund Payment Details".

  • State Refunds will only be processed through the same bank application as the Federal Refund. 



IMPORTANT: Bank Product & State Refunds using Option B: 
  • The "State Refund Payment Details" page does not include the option to select a Bank Product. 
  • Bank Products are selected for state refund(s) within the "Federal Refund Payment Details" page.
